This is the LP version of the "Distance Unknown" cassette tape released by Chondritic Sound in May 2012 and heralds the label's return to vinyl. Brotman and Short is a duo project that produces "modern minimal wave as aware of the genre's predecessors as it is of its future. Dark, stripped down minimal synth vascillating between energetic force and languid, somber burns. Released by Chondritic Sound in a run of 300 copies on black vinyl, housed in a printed jacket, and including an insert.
