→∞ Which forms of payment can I use to buy items?
You can pay with most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, etc) or with Paypal. It might also be possible to pay with cash (British sterling £) sent at your own risk.
→∞ Do I need a Paypal acccount to buy items?
No. The shopping cart on Infinite Limits is operated by Paypal but it is NOT necessary for you to have a Paypal account.
→∞ How Do I place An Order / Pay?
→∞ You can place an order by adding items to the “Shopping Cart” and then following the online instructions.
→∞ PLEASE NOTE that all payments are processed using the paypal shopping cart BUT it is NOT necessary to have a paypal account.

→∞ The shipping charges area calculated automatically.

→∞ Please note that the price of pre-order items may be subject to change because the final cost of buying is often not known until the item/items actually arrive in stock. The price of pre-order items is therefore a guide only (albeit a relatively accurate guide). Customers buying pre-order items will be notified of any change to the actual buying price if and when any fluctuations to the cost price is known.

Orders are not insured in transit unless you buy insurance. Please see the Shipping page for more information.
→∞ Can I return items?
Faulty items can be returned in exchange for a full refund.
→∞ How do I find specific items I'm looking for?
You can search for specific items by using the:
1. “Search” box. Type a search term (i.e. the name of the artist, title, label, and/or format etc) into the search box and either hit the return key or click on the "Search" button to display a list of items matching your search term.
2. “Artist and Label” drop-down lists. Click on an artist or label from the drop-down lists to find titles by the artist or label in question.
3. "Artist" or "Label" hyperlinks included in all items. Click on the "Artist" or "Label" to display all titles by the artist or label or in question.
4. "Browse All Stock" tab. Click on the "Browse All Stock" tab to display all available stock.
→∞ Why did the price of a pre-order title change?
The price of items advertised for pre-order is subject to change because the final cost of buying some titles is not known until they arrive. The advertised price is a guide only.
→∞ Does Infinite Limits issue a newsletter providing details of newly released and restocked titles?
Yes. You can subscribe by typing a valid email address into the "Subscribe" box on the home page.

Yes. Infinite Limits would be delighted to hear from any artists, labels, and distributors involved in the release or sale of adventurous, underground, or experimental music. If you'd like Infinite Limits to stock your music, then please send an email to info@infinite-limits.com. Please note that, despite best efforts, Infinite Limits cannot always respond to sales enquiries.
→∞ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK orders are usually dispatched by the UK Royal Mail's first class postal service (unless you've agreed specific shipping arrangements). Orders usually arrive the day after dispatch but can take up to three days.
All overseas orders are dispatched using the UK Royal Mail's airmail service (unless you've made specific shipping arrangements). Delivery time varies according to your location but most parcels arrive within 10 days.

It might be possible for regular customers to reserve certain items for a period of up to seven days. If you’d like to enquire about the possibility of making a reservation, then please send an email to info@infinite-limits.com.
